Another great module in the Corrective Exercise Specialist certification. I cant emphasize enough how informative and helpful this certification has been for my practice and my own post op knee rehabilitation. As implied this module begins to introduce you to the fundamentals of correcting imbalances in the musculoskeletal system. The progression (or regression) of myofascial, stretching and strengthening techniques for the different areas of the body. I am looking forward to the next module which I believe will give me an arsenal of exercises for the corrective process! (Verified review from ACE)
